Throughout my work in marketing and photography, I have encountered numerous models and talents and witnessed the representation they received. Alongside positive experiences and meeting wonderful people, I've also faced very challenging situations, to the extent that I've had to leave productions due to my inability to endure the circumstances I witnessed. The things I experienced, the terrible treatment some of the represented individuals received on sets, during auditions, and more, haunted my sleep. It's no wonder the 'glamorous world' doesn't have a positive connotation… But is it a decree of fate? Must one suffer to realize their dream? I pondered this question extensively until the decision matured in my heart to open an agency that would see a model as more than just a 'hanger', that would treat every person with respect regardless of their age or level of experience, that would guide, accompany, empower, and provide personal and professional attention. 

I committed to these values, and humbly, I can say that in the 7 years the agency has been operational, I've managed to uphold them, and even exceed expectations!
